This workshop is an introduction to meditation designed for people who would like to learn more about what meditation is, start a meditation practice, or continue leaning about the basics of meditation. In this workshop we will discuss why meditation is beneficial; how to meditate; and how the mind works, as well as practice meditating together.
Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. No additional equipment is needed.
