| Rocks and Ropes of Tucson invites you to have your next birthday party or group or corporate function at the Gym. Group rates available to groups of 6 or more with reservations only. |
| When can I have a group start? |
| Monday-Friday 3-6pm any hour on the hour |
| School Holidays 12-6pm any hour on the hour |
| Saturday-Sunday 11a-5pm any hour on the hour |
| How old do I Have to be to Climb ? |
| With proper instruction, climbers of any age and ability are welcome at Rocks and Ropes. Children under 12 are required to climb with a responsible adult.
Climbers under 18 years of age need to have the waiver signed by a parent/guardian prior to participating.
If you have a group of children under 12 then we require a good adult to child ratio. We recommend 1 adult for every 2 children, we will accept 1 adult for every 3 children.
If you are unable to have enough adults present then you may hire Rocks and Ropes staff for $30/person for up to 2 hours to meet the requirement.
If you have enough adults then we will be happy to train them to tend to the children. (see faq's). |

| This daily fee entitles you to full use of the facility for 3 hours during normal operating hours. |

| With your first visit to the gym, receive a lesson on the fundamentals of safe climbing. |

| *Full Group Lesson package $20 ea. (ages 12 and up) |

| admission and climbing shoes, harness, helmet; no lesson/orientation, general rules explained. |

| What Rocks and Ropes needs from you: |
| * A minimum of 6 climbers |
| * We recommend 4 weeks advance notice. |
| This gives you a better chance of getting the time and date that you want. |
| * A $75.oo deposit to hold your spot. |
| This is not a surcharge, it merely holds your spot. Deposit is non-refundable if you need to cancel or change your group within 7 days of your reservation. |

| completed for everyone under the age of 18 and for adult assistants; these can be e.mailed, or brought with you. |
