Hi Tucson! After two months of operating under COVID19 protocols, we are happy to report that reopening 2.0 has gone smoothly. While many weeknight climbing sessions near our limited occupancy, there is plenty of room in each facility. We’re also grateful that the feedback we’ve received has been exceedingly positive. Thank you again to our community for bearing with us, accepting and adhering to these new policies, and reconnecting with grace and positivity! 🙂
To continue with our enhanced safety and disinfecting protocols during this time we will remain Members Only, By-Appointment-Only facilities. We will however allow punches to be shared with 100% competent climbers that have climbed in our facilities previously.
That being said, we are accepting new members seven days a week! Brand new or returning guests can schedule a New Member Appointment, which includes a facility orientation (or safety skills refresher). New Member Appointments are offered daily for up to four participants: 10am, 1pm, and 4pm on weekdays, and 10am, 1pm on weekends. Please note that these appointments require online registration and deposit that will go toward your chosen membership option. The appointment covers the mandatory safety informations, but also our new COVID-19 protocols:
- Masks required at all times (no bandannas, buffs, or gaiters)
- Temperature checks + walk-in screening questions
- Hand-washing
- Social distancing
- Check-in and check-out procedure
- Member session booking requirement
We appreciate your patience as we look to carefully expand access to our facilities while maintaining our current pandemic policies and procedures.
