Learn about our classes

  • Great for brand new yoga students, those who already practice but want to build a stronger foundation, and those who think they can’t do yoga because they are just too tight. These classes build strength, balance, and flexibility while working on proper alignment.

  • A multi-level class designed to help you develop your yoga practice and bring it to the next level. These classes are great for students who have tried yoga already and want to continue to develop strength, flexibility, and balance.

  • A slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. Yin is a great warm-up before climbing.

  • A gentle practice combines deliberate movements with mindful breath, offering a serene and meditative experience. Embrace the fluidity of each pose, allowing a deeper connection between breath and body.

  • A one-hour class that combines gentle yoga, poses, and restorative movements.
